The Level System

The primary goal for our Level System at Curl Creation Salon is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our service providers. It also offers several options for our guests to meet their diverse needs when it comes to our salon specialty services. Guests may choose the specialist/Level that compliments their requests from skill set, experience, and budget.

All our specialists regardless of prior experience, go through our Associate Level program prior to working hands-on with our guests. Curl Creation Salon certifies the stylists in our specialty Natural Hair Care Services and product knowledge to ensure they can offer the highest level of service and experience.

This program guarantees quality control within our organization as we pride ourselves on our advanced education and believe this is what sets us apart from others in the beauty industry.

During this period, they are assisting Certified Curl Creation Educators. They will improve efficiency towards learning and performing our advanced Skills such as our Curl Specialty Services, Mizani Silk Infusion Blowouts and Custom Colors.


The Level System is carefully planned out to be both extremely effective and easy to use at the same time. Each level is based on a specific number of referrals, guests, rebook percentage, retail sales, and other metrics. Every single one of these is a valuable part of being successful in the beauty industry. As our Stylist progresses through our level system, they become experts at these skills.
