Late Policy

 

If you are running late please call the salon at (260) 245-6643. After 15minutes your appointment is subject to change depending on the availability of the stylist.

Cancellation Policy

 

 

20% cancellation fee  for same day cancellations. 

 

There will be a 50% fee for no call/ no shows.

Go to your confirmation email within 24 hours of your appointment to cancel / reschedule your appointment.
